NHL Stanley Cup
Finals - How Many Games the Series Goes
This year’s Stanley Cup Finals is featuring two teams
that worked their butts off to be in this thing, they both deserve to play for
the Lord’s Cup, and they both had to kick it up a notch or two during the
regular-season. Serious bettors are weighing their betting options and licking
their chops for one reason; this one could go the distance. This series
promises to be everything NHL fans have waited for.

Sports Report - NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs - Betting the 3-Way Line
The Blues have been tough for ages and even when the
chips are down they seem to make hay when the sun shines. This team could have
easily cashed in their chips a long time ago, (like say November!), but they
stayed the course, they picked up some exceptional play from a crop of talented
youth as well as some old-schoolers alike. These guys fought to be right here,
and they fought to play for the cup against a Boston team that did just that as
well and finished in the same manner. The sports betting sites are revved up,
the numbers are hot and there simply isn’t a better time than now to call the
bookie and make that deposit.

St.
Louis Blues vs. Boston Bruins - Stanley Cup Final's Preview and Prediction
Amazingly enough, the Boston Bruins are the best major
league sports franchise in Boston, in May – going June. That’s an
accomplishment considering this town houses the current world champions of
baseball and a very good Celtics NBA team. Do we believe in Boston’s ability to
win this series? Absolutely.
This Bruins squad bring discipline to the table and they
can play defense. The Bruins ended the regular season with 215 goals
against-allowed (2nd best in the entire Eastern Conference and 4th
best in all of the NHL). The Bruins were not flashy, but were consistent, they
weren’t the Tampa Bay Lightning, but look where the Lightning are now!

The Blues were definitely not flashy and the way in which
they started the season was no surprise to the faithful in St. Louis. The
faithful have been just that; faithful. The Blues have put together some very
good teams over the last 20 years but simply couldn’t put enough together to
get over what has now become a 49-year hump. Although the Blues finished third
in the Western Conference-Central Division, don’t be fooled. A couple of very
talented hockey teams finished ahead of them respectably (Nashville, Winnipeg).

Vegas is looking for this series to go at least six games
and is taking their chances at +195 on the over. The +195 shows confidence in
six games but hardly a huge loss of confidence on going seven games. It matters
not what Vegas thinks, they could be right, they could be wrong. What matters
is the strength of both teams coming in.

Both teams come in extremely hot, the Bruins are 12-5 in
the playoffs and are on a seven-game winning streak. The Blues come in with a
12-7 playoff record and on a three-game winning streak. Give the first game to
Boston, it’s at home, the team is ready, and they will be prepared to go to
battle in defense of the home court. Game two can go either way, one thing we
know about St. Louis, they never press, they are “cool hand Luke” under
pressure, and they most likely find a way in game two. Either way, they return
home for the next two and we simply don’t see a path for the Bruins to pick up
a win, so that says we know it’s going five games at least. The series goes
back to Boston tied and the Bruins pick up game five, can the Blues respond to
adversity as they have all-season long? Yes, game six will be back in St.
Louis.
We don’t know who wins game seven, but we certainly think
it goes seven. This series will be entertaining and a pile of fun to bet on, so
be sure to find a great online bookie
and be prepared to make some serious cash during what is bound to be an epic, Stanley Cup
Finals.
